As the busy posting season is approaching, we would like to ensure parcels reach you in time. So, we have made a small change to our UK delivery service to the Royal Mail Trackable Service. This will give you a notification a few hours before delivery to ensure you don’t miss your order

< EU Orders >

We have implemented the IOSS scheme on our website. All prices shown on our website already have VAT included and will no longer add customs processing fees when the package is delivered if the order value is is under €150. This means there will be no more surprise fees when you’re receiving items.

Duty & Tax

If the order value is under €150 (excluding delivery and taxes), your local country VAT will collect at checkout and and will no longer add customs processing fees when the package is delivered.
If the order value is over €150, you will see our UK VAT (20% ) deduction at our checkout page, however, you might also have to pay for import duty, VAT and clearance/handling fee might be applied too. You might like to consider splitting your purchases to avoid any additional fees.

Outside the UK customers

VAT is automatically applied to all our products. If you are visiting our website from outside of the UK, you should receive a pop-up box that allows you to select the country you are in and your choice of currency. Click Shop Now to remove the 20% VAT.

If you close the pop-up without pressing the Shop Now button, VAT (20%) will be removed at check out when you type your outside the UK shipping address.

This is no signature required on delivery, DHL will leave you a note to rearrange the delivery if you’re not at home.

Please Note: Standard UK delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2024

All orders placed from December 3rd until December 20, 2024 can be send back to us by the 10th January 2025

All outside of the UK order can be returned to us until 31^st January 2025.

Europe

Austria, Denmark, India, Lithuania, Philippines, Qatar, Slovakia and Slovenia Order by Wednesday, 11^h December before 12pm

Belgium, Canada, China (People’s Republic), Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, South Korea, Thailand and USA by Friday 13th December before 12pm

France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland and Taiwan by Monday 16th December before 12pm

Outside the EU

USA – Order by Wednesday 18th December before 9am via UPS

Return Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused item(s) to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached. You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

• Please send both the invoice and unworn items to our address on your invoice. We advice you to email info@weekenddoll.co.uk before returning any item help us to process your return faster.

• Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommend that you return the item by recorded delivery or another secure delivery method. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

• Unfortunately we cannot accept return of earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Outside of the UK customers

• We do allow additional time for refunds/exchanges outside the UK. Please email info@weekenddoll.co.uk within 7 days of the date of receiving your order.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange for another size, colour or style, please return the item with a return note for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.

• Any refund issued will be for the cost of the item only (no refund on postage and packing charges). We strongly recommended that you return the item in recorded delivery or another secure method delivery. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Refunds

• All returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days during busy periods.
You will receive an email from us when your return is being processed.

• Any items bought from us at events, festivals and fair are not refundable.
